Welcome to my blog!
I am an English major. They say practice makes perfect so here I am practicing my writing in hopes that some day I will be perfect.
This is the world according to me.
I hope you enjoy my insight as much as I enjoy writing it.

My first car
It was not perfect. In fact, it was far from. I did not care though. It was mine. I loved it. It was my way to have more freedom. It was also my way to get away when I needed to. I used my graduation money to buy it off of a lot. It was a dark blue 1994 Saturn. The headlights popped up when you turned them on. At one point only one would pop up so I named my car Winky. It looked as though it was constantly winking at you. The car had so many problems but I did not care. To begin, the transmission shifted very roughly. It jerked so hard that I thought my head would be going right through the windshield. We joked and laughed about this. It was as though my car was pooping. Winky was constipated. At some point I could only lock my driver's side door with my key. The lock function inside of the car did not work. The sunroof worked though. I had a very cool c.d. player that I could control my IPOD out off in it. That was honestly one of the favorite parts of my car. Well, that and the hood pins that my dad put on when I accidently rear ended some truck on fourteen mile. Funny story about those hood pins. When he was drilling the whole for them, he accidentally drilled a whole in the radiator. Oops. That car had balls though. As soon as it was on the freeway it was a fast little bugger. Like I said, it was not perfect but it was my first car. I loved it. I hope someday I own another Saturn.
